McGivern Construction is number one on my list after the completion of two fairly large home renovations.  They were great at problem solving, receptive to plan changes and, equally important to a home owner, they let you know of any changes in their daily arrival times!  Both projects were completed on schedule.  Their work and the work of their subtrades was excellent.  All tradespeople involved were very pleasant to be around and did their best to be non intrusive.  I would have them back anytime.
